Hi I'm Deanne
I grew up in Newcastle and then spent a few years in Nth QLD and travelled before settling here in Forster and Pacific Palms in 1986. This has been a fantastic place to bring up my 2 beautiful children Cassie and Roy.

I began my career in Natural Therapies in 1998, establishing my business Shen Massage and have gained a broad range of qualifications since. I continue to expand my knowledge, introducing the latest research and techniques. With the introduction of personal training to my business & alliance of other Health Professionals,such as Tony, I specialise in Womens Health. The focus is on how you feel & function, the whole you, Mind, Body & Spirit, ensuring a holistic approach, to create & maintain your health & fitness.
